Verify your team and group information monthly, and ensure you have a process in place to track changes to teams and groups in your Market Center. Perhaps consider implementing a Team Change Form like this: http://www.kwconnect.com/details/2017-06-20-594967c754c59-docx.
The best reports to use for verification are the Team Roster (KWConnect > Reports > Teams and Groups) and the FR20XX Team Awards Verification Detail (KWConnect > Reports > Awards).
Have the rainmaker of each team verify this data monthly to avoid issues with start dates and end dates for teams and team members.
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click your name and select Settings from the drop-down.

3. Click the Command MC Settings drop-down and select MC Team Management.

4. Find the team the agent is/was associated with and click on the team name.

Edit a Start Date
Associates can only be on one team at any given time. If you get an error that the date is within a specific date range, that indicates the associate is showing on a team at the time of the date you entered. You would have to change the end date of the prior team member record prior to setting the start date on the current record.
You cannot edit the start date once you have removed an associate from a team. Make sure the start date is correct before you remove an associate. Backdating has limitations, which are different depending on the role of the agent:

From the Team record in the Command Team Management Tool:
1. Scroll down to the Current Team Members section.
2. Click the current start date shown for the agent.
3. Use the calendar widget to select the new start date.

Backdating is only allowed to the beginning of the current year or to the agent's start date. |
