If you find WinMORE has stopped taking royalty from an associate's transactions, and they have not paid in their full $3000:
Please look at the GCI for these agents that stopped calculating royalty. Is the GCI over $50,000.00? WinMORE calculates royalty based on the GCI amount, not the amount paid. When you see an agent who owes royalty and yet WinMORE is not calculating it's because of this.
Did these agents have any sort of adjustment DAs, royalty adjustments or personal transactions in the past?
To jumpstart WinMORE into calculating again until they reach $3000 paid, you will need to raise the royalty base above whatever GCI they are at now by the GCI amount needed to complete the $3000. Make sure to print a Royalty Anniversary DA Report for the associate after each closing to ensure Royalty is not overpaid. Also, make sure to change the royalty base back to the standard when the associate rolls into a new anniversary year.
