Q. An associate who recently transferred to my Market Center recently saw his KW Income Report in the MORE system. It was wiped to zero for the year. How do I go about researching this problem and resolving it?
A. This associate will see two Income Reports at KWConnect > Reports for this year - one from the former Market Center and one from your Market Center. The associate's Closed Production Report and Multi-Year Trends will show the combined production in one report.
If they haven’t closed anything in your Market Center, the report will rightfully show $0. The associate will need to get a Posted DA report from the other Market Center to see that income. The associate will also receive two 1099s for the current year (one from each MC, if income is booked in both MCs in the current year).
