Partially Accepted Greensheet

Error: when the MCA tries to accept the Greensheet, the Greensheet refreshes and says “Partially Accepted – Compliance” without giving them the second Accept button.

Explanation and Resolution: The error is caused by your web browser. To fix this, please ensure that your default browser is set to Google Chrome and that the Compatibility View is turned on.

To enable Compatibility View,

1. Please right-click the Chrome icon.
2. Select the Properties.
3. Choose the Compatibility tab.
4. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for.
5. Choose the previous Windows OS you used.
6. Click Apply.
7. Click OK.
