Reset the agent roles following the instructions in Add Agent Role - Reset Agent Role - Reset Agent MORE ID.
To do that:
- In your WinMORE system, please locate the associate’s record
- Be sure that an "A" for active is selected in their record as their status
- Click SAVE (regardless of whether or not you have made any changes/updates)
- Clicking SAVE will reset the roles and then you should be able to immediately view them in the White Pages with an active Agent role assigned to your market center
