WinMORE scans your backup folder to ensure that your backups are happening. If WinMORE detects the most recent recorded backup is missing, it will display an error similar to the messages below:
If you see this message WinMORE has determined that the backup recorded on the date given does not exist in the backup folder specified in WinMORE.
The reason for the file missing is unknown and should be looked into to determine if it was deleted purposefully. If not, and the issue persists over several days, your IT company should be contacted to determine why files are missing.
