If you are having trouble logging in to your Sovos (Convey) account, you can request your password from Sovos by completing the following steps:
- Visit Convey Taxport website: https://taxportap.convey.com/
- Enter your User ID: Market Center email account (klrwXXX@kw.com)
- Click on "Forgot Password?", you will see a confirmation screen verifying you would like to reset your password. This will assign a temporary password and email it to the Market Center email account.
- Once received, follow the steps included to update your password & log in. **DO NOT COPY & PASTE - this will cause errors, you must manually key the username & password.*** Please let us know if you have any questions or for further details regarding your Convey account please contact Support@Convey.com.
