The version of AccountEdge given to launching MCs is not a multi-user program and can be added to only one computer in the market center (the MCA computer).
To upgrade to a multi-user version of AccountEdge, the Market Center will need to purchase a workstation license for additional users. The charge is for each additional workstation added to the system. A Market Center can see how many workstations it is licensed for by going into Setup and Company Information. The number of workstations licensed for that serial number is listed.
A Market Center needs additional workstation license to install the program on more than one computer in the Market Center.
Each year, the Market Center will need to upgrade each installation of AccountEdge when the current year KW version is available in MCA Resources on KWConnect.
