WinMORE printing error - second window opening error

Problem: MCA cannot print Sponsor Error Correction Form or Transfer Form, cannot enter Vendors, or cannot get greensheet. Basically they cannot do anything in WinMORE that involves a second window opening.

Fix: When a MC has these issues it is usually one of these fixes. Please let me know if none of these fix your issue.

1. Check if your pop-up blocker is blocking WinMORE pop-ups.
2. Check to make sure Google Chrome is set as the default browser. To do this, open your computer’s control panel and click internet options. Under the programs tab, the default browser will be listed. If it is not Google Chrome, click the button to make Google Chrome the default browser.
3. Have your MC tech person check your Virus software to make sure that it is not blocking functions in WinMORE.
