Error: I am trying to print an invoice from AccountEdge and am getting an error message Printer not activated Error Code -20.
Fix: Do you have Norton Antivirus on your computer? If so the Office Plug-In feature in Norton Antivirus may be preventing AccountEdge from generating the form as a .PDF.
Try the following:
- Close AccountEdge
- Open Norton Antivirus
- Click Options or Other
- Click Miscellaneous
- Uncheck the Office Plug-In box and
- click OK
- Open AccountEdge.
- Try to print the form again
Note: If this doesn't resolve the issue, or you don't have Norton Antivirus installed, try disabling script blocking in the antivirus software that is installed.
