If you receive the DA Lock Error that says
- "The Entry is locked and may not be modified. Do you wish to continue to view the entry?" OR
- "Lock is held by this station."
this normally indicates that a record tied to the DA is open on your or another computer and therefore locked. This occurs when you have an associate record open at the time you are opening/editing a DA with that associate on the DA.
Start by having all workstations, including remote workstations, close WinMORE and verify that a backup occurred.
Then verify your files: Setup > Verify System and Data Files.
Finally, if no errors present, re-open WinMORE on one station only and try accessing the DA again.
