NOTE: This only applies to this exact error message on a multi user WinMORE system. If you get this for any other tables, any Group other than 0, or on a single user install of WinMORE, discontinue use of WinMORE and contact MCASupport@kw.com immediately.
Due to some workstation operating system settings this error can be falsely reported. To determine if the error is true, do the following:
1) Make sure all users are out of WinMORE
2) Locate the REVPARAM file in the WinMORE3 folder and rename to REVPARAM_bak
3) Launch WinMORE and run the file verify.
Do you still get the error message? – If not, network environment or workstation settings are causing the erroneous error.
4) Close WinMORE
5) Go back to the REVPARAM file and rename the file back to the original name.
If you received the error when the REVPARAM file was renamed, contact MCASupport@kw.com for assistance.
If you do not receive the error, then the error is being reported in error.
