Printing Prior Month Profit Share Statements

You can print a profit share statement for any period that your market center has transmitted (provided that the statement files have not been deleted). 

1. Click on Print - Associate Reports - Statements
2. Enter the period for the statements you wish to print.  
   Note:  The period used is the period of the DATA the profit share is paid upon.  So for Profit Share Received in October 2017, that payment is from September 2017 data, therefore the statement period would be 201709. 
   
   
3. Select All to print all your associate statements as part of the AA process.  If you wish to print a specific Agent's statement, select Individual.
   
   
    
4. Specify where you want the statements to print.
   
   
   
   It is the responsibility of the MCA to ensure these statements are distributed every month.
