Importing Opportunity: No Opportunities were found in the KW Cloud

You approve a Commission in CommandMC, you find it in the list under Get Opportunity, yet when you click on it you receive the following message:

This normally indicates that from the time you approved the opportunity to the time that you went to import it, the agent changed their response on the offer that they accepted to open up the commission tab.

The solution is to go back to CommandMC, and reject the commission so that the agent can resubmit the commissions.

**Note:  The Product team is working to eliminate the conflict when the agent changes the response on the offer on the Opportunity.
