Every currently open Market Center should have one Productivity Coach Command account (this will be a Market Center account, not tied to any one person). This account will allow the Market Center’s Productivity Coach to act as the Rainmaker of a team in Command, with associates enrolled in the Productivity Program to act as team members.
If there are multiple Productivity Coaching programs in your Market Center, you might need more than one account. To request additional Productivity Coach Command accounts for your Market Center, complete the form below and submit:

Please allow at least 5 business days for the new account to be created. A notification will be sent to your Market Center's KLRWxxx@kw.com email address, once it is ready.
Additionally, Launching Market Centers that are transmitting for the first time will also need to submit a request via the above Google Form for their initial Productivity Coach Team account. This process notifies the team to create the first PC account for brand-new Market Centers.
Password Recovery
If you have not received the email with the Productivity Coach's new account information you can retrieve it by submitting a password reset request. A link will be sent to the Password Recovery Email Address that will allow you to reset the password for the PC.
