As of 9/15/2019, KW and Dotloop ended their contract where Dotloop hosted the compliance review and approval process for contract compliance at the market center level.

In preparation for the end of the contract, KWRI downloaded the complete contents of each market center's brokerage Dotloop account in the event a market center has gaps in its in-house document retention files.

The full archive is made available to market centers upon request. Access provided to the klrw account only for security purposes.

To Request Access to Your Market Center Dotloop Archives

Send an email to MCASupport@kw.com with the following information: 

MCA name (must match the person with the role in White Pages)

MCA MORE ID

Market Center # and Name

Instructions with the unique market center credentials will be shared directly to the KLRW email account.

Password Reset and Security

Upon your first or next login, you will be required to choose a new password. Unfortunately, the security the archive system has in place around your archives for protection will not allow you to update your password on your own.

Instead, please update the password in your instructions following these requirements:

• At least 14 characters
• At least 1 capital letter
• At least 1 lower case letter
• At least 1 symbol
• At least 1 number

And then reply to your MCASupport ticket that you've updated the password in the instructions.

The MCASupport team will then update the password and confirm it before notifying you that you are ready to login.

You will be required to update this password every 90 days or each time you login if it's longer between access events.

When a Specific Folder/File Link Doesn't Open

In the event you find that one or more links do not open the PDF file, please email MCASupport@kw.com with the following information from the KLRW email address:

MCA name (must match the person with the role in White Pages)

Market Center # and Name

Username Used to Login

Property Address (or other name of the folder/file) 

Specific URL(s) that are not opening

When Your MC Ends Its Dotloop Contract

If your market center continues to provide compliance through Dotloop, be sure to set up a regular schedule for downloading a secondary location for document retention; many states require that compliance document retention be stored in more than one way.

KWRI recommends the use of API Nation connected to a Google drive folder (owned by the KLRW market center account) for this activity.

This also the recommended application for closing market centers who are using Dotloop for market center compliance.
