Non-KW Production for Awards and Real Trends Reporting

Per the KWRI Awards Policy, associates and teams who transfer to KW from a non-KW brokerage will have their YTD GCI and units counted towards KWRI annual awards, presented at Family Reunion the following year.

As part of the onboarding process, the MCA will secure the individual associate or team's

• GCI year-to-date from their former brokerage
• units closed either from their former brokerage, the MLS, or BrokerMetrics

There is a field for volume as well; MCAs are welcome to collect and add that information, but volume is no longer used for awards and will not display on any report.

For individual associates, enter the non-KW production information in their WinMORE profile on the Profit Share tab.

For teams, enter the non-KW production information in the Team Information section of the CommandMC Team Management Tool. 

This information will not display on associate or team production reports but will be included in YTD rankings and awards reports for the current year.

NOTE: if an associate or team is returning to KW, these fields will not hold/save information; the MCA will manually retain the reports from the other sources and provide that to the Awards Team in December as part of qualifying associates/teams for their awards.
